There was an automated message she was on holidays and away, I asked for refund but Etsy did not support that. States that seller has policy of no refund, so it seems that can't be overridden. The seller has taken too long for delivery. She had stated 5-15th of May for delivery. If I did not contact her on the 8th May 2023 I believe I would not have a delivery, no support given by Etsy to be able to rectify and support customer satisfaction guarantee. Only if the delivery is not received by the 15th May I can only ask for refund. There should be a reasonable time for delivery of purchases and seller should work with customer for satisfaction. Now I have to accept something I don't want anymore.
They charge so much fee. They don't help the sellers. They are unconditionally on the customers' side. They don't fix their ridiculous technical issues so you might end up losing money because of that. For any small businesses that don't want to be treated like trash, take your business somewhere else.
